GB Homevera provides professional home cleaning and related household services as described on its website.
Services may include residential, commercial, deep-cleaning, bathroom, kitchen, sofa, carpet, villa, water-tank/sump, move-in/move-out and other cleaning services offered by GB Homevera.
Availability may depend on location, staff availability, equipment, site conditions and the nature of the requested work.
Customers may contact GB Homevera through WhatsApp, phone, email or available website contact options.
During booking we may discuss the required service, location, property details, preferred date/time, special requirements and applicable charges.
A booking is confirmed only after GB Homevera acknowledges and confirms it directly with the customer. Submitting an enquiry does not itself guarantee a booking, appointment time or service availability.
Charges may depend on property size/type, cleaning type and condition, additional services and special requirements.
The applicable price will be communicated and confirmed before the service is carried out.
Payment methods and timing, including cash, UPI or other accepted methods, will be communicated during booking or before/after completion.
Additional work requested after the original booking may involve additional charges, communicated before such work wherever reasonably possible.
Customers should request cancellation or rescheduling as early as possible through WhatsApp or phone.
Where staff have already been assigned, dispatched, or other arrangements made specifically for a booking, a cancellation charge may apply.
GB Homevera may reschedule due to staff availability, weather, safety concerns, operational requirements or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
GB Homevera will make reasonable efforts to provide professional cleaning services.
Certain conditions may not be completely removable or restorable, including old/permanent stains, deep-set dirt, permanent discoloration, strong embedded odours, damage caused by age/wear/moisture/chemicals/previous treatment, pre-existing defects, or conditions requiring specialist restoration.
GB Homevera is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, defects or deterioration present before the service.
Customers should securely store valuable, fragile, confidential or sensitive items before service.
Concerns about possible damage should be reported as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 24 hours of service completion.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the completed service, please contact GB Homevera promptly. We will review the concern and, where appropriate, may offer a reasonable resolution depending on the circumstances.
GB Homevera takes reasonable care while providing Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GB Homevera will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Where legally permissible, liability relating to a particular booking will be limited to the amount paid for that booking.
By contacting GB Homevera through WhatsApp, phone, email or our website, you consent to reasonable follow-up communication relating to your enquiry, booking, service, payment or customer support.
You may request that promotional communications stop at any time.
GB Homevera primarily provides services in Tirupati and applicable surrounding service areas.
Availability varies by location and service type. Additional travel/service charges may apply outside the standard service area where such service is accepted; applicable charges will be communicated before confirmation.
GB Homevera may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having authority in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
